Store Policy

In our efforts to keep the pricing reasonable we offer ALL of our books with all Shipping, Handling and other charges INCLUDED and at NO additional charge to US addresses. West Coast orders are subject to additional charges.

Our pricing is subject to change at any time and without notice. We honor any written order submitted using our forms without price increases submitted in a reasonable time but no more than 30 days. 

Books and tools may be purchased by anyone, however, we are not a service house or 'do-it-yourself' helper and we make no warranty or assume any liability for misuse or improper use of the information contained within the books and for any product we sell. 

Our tools are shipped by USPS Priority Mail only and shipping charges are based on total weight of the shipment which is on the order form. We weigh each order and give you the best price before we bill. You will NOT be surprised with additional charges later. What you see for a price is the final maximum price and no other.

NOTE: West Coast orders are higher due to their locations, this is out of our control, we only charge actual mailing costs.

All tools and instrumentation are sold with the understanding that they are to be purchased and used by qualified, and where necessary, licensed HVAC service personnel. We make no warranty or assume any liability for misuse or improper use of the products we sell.

All instrumentation pricing for Bacharach and OnWatch includes all shipping & handling charges paid direct from the factory. We do not stock these items to ensure that you receive factory fresh and ready to go testers with fresh sensors. Instrumentation orders are for US shipments only. 

NOTE:     All Alaskan orders will have an extra $5.00 charge for shipping.
                All Canadian orders will have an extra $20.00 charge for processing.

• All credit card orders receive a credit card receipt with your order.

• We do accept checks and money orders.

• All prices are in US Funds, no exceptions.

• We do not accept orders from any country other than the United States.

• We do not backorder. If you do not receive an item it was out of stock and you must reorder. You will be charged at the last posted price if a price increase occurs.

• We do not invoice anyone but established credit approved accounts. Contact us for further information.

NOTE: All orders are in US dollars and do not include exchange rate fees and must only be by credit card.

Shipment Policy

All books are shipped Media Mail Rate using the United States Postal Service
All tools are shipped Priority Mail
Bacharach and OnWatch instruments are sold to US addresses only and are shipped by UPS.

Return/Refund Policy

1. Any order may be cancelled if the items have NOT been shipped to you. 
2. An order is not considered cancelled until you receive an e-mail from us confirming your cancellation (if the order ships before this confirmation is received the customer is still responsible for original shipping and return shipping costs).
3. Once an item has been shipped, it may only be returned for a refund or exchanged for another product.
4. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges (original shipping and return shipping) on returned and/or exchanged items.
5. If an item is defective, or you wish to return it, you must contact us within 30 business days of receiving the item. The following conditions apply to all returns, exchanges and refunds.
6. Products must be in their original condition in the original box.
7. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on items being returned or exchanged. Refunds and/or exchanges will be provided once the item has been received in its original condition. The refunded amount will be what you paid for the item being returned only. We're sorry, but we cannot refund the amount for the original shipping cost. Please note that our book pricing does include USPS Media Mail shipment to the entire United States. All West Coast orders have a $5.00 surcharge per order.
8. All returns and exchanges require a Authorization of Return (AR) number to be issued. Contact us to receive an AR number prior to returning any items. Items without AR numbers will not be accepted for return.
9. We cannot give refunds for items lost or damaged during the return shipping. 
10. Please send your items back via insured methods such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.
11. Any return initiated by the customer that is not a defective product is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
12. All tools are provided with a minimum one year OEM warranty from manufacturers defect or what the manufacturer provides. 
13. Misuse, misapplication and abuse are not covered under warranty. Firedragon is a dealer, not a manufacturer, and cannot provide warranty outside of what is provided to us.
14. All instrumentation must be returned to the manufacturer pre-paid and warranties are provided as stated by the OEM. Please call us with questions or problems first.

Submittal of ANY order to Firedragon Enterprises assures that the buyer is aware that all of the material is for use by a properly qualified person.
