Pricing Policy

In our efforts to keep the pricing reasonable for our fellow technicians we offer ALL of our books with all Shipping, Handling and other charges INCLUDED and at NO additional charge!

Our tools are shipped by USPS Priority Mail and shipping charges are based on total weight of the shipment which is on the order form.

You will NOT be surprised with additional charges later.
What you see for a price is the final price and no other.

NOTE: All Alaskan orders will have an extra $5.00 charge for Priority Mail shipping.

All credit card orders receive a credit card slip with your order. 
We do not invoice anyone but established credit accounts. Contact us for further information.
We do accept checks and money orders.

All prices are in US Funds, no exceptions.

Shipment Policy

All of books are shipped Bound Printed Matter using the United States Postal Service!
All tools are shipped Priority Mail using the USPS!

Return/Refund Policy

Orders may only be cancelled if the items have NOT been shipped to you. 

An order is not considered cancelled until you receive an e-mail from us confirming your cancellation (if the order ships before this confirmation is received the customer is still responsible for original shipping and return shipping costs). 
Once an item has been shipped, it may only be returned for a refund or exchanged for another product. 
The customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges (original shipping and return shipping) on returned and/or exchanged items.

If an item is defective, or you wish to return it, you must contact us within 30 business days of receiving the item. The following conditions apply to all returns, exchanges and refunds.

1. Products must be in their original condition in the original box.

2. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on items being returned or exchanged. Refunds and/or exchanges will be provided once the item has been received in its original condition. The refunded amount will be what you paid for the item being returned only. We're sorry, but we cannot refund the amount for the original shipping cost. Please note that our book pricing does include Standard U.S. Mail shipment to the entire United States. Alaskan orders have a $5.00 surcharge per order and are shipped Priority Mail.

3. All returns and exchanges require a Authorization of Return (AR) number to be issued. Contact us to receive an AR number prior to returning any items. Items without AR numbers will not be accepted for return.

4. We cannot give refunds for items lost or damaged during the return shipping. Please send your items back via insured methods such as USPS, UPS or Fedex.

5. Any return initiated by the customer that is not a defective product is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

6. All tools are provided with a one year OEM warranty from manufacturers defect. Misuse, misapplication and abuse are not covered under warranty. Firedragon is a dealer, not a manufacturer, and cannot provide warranty outside of what is provided to us.   

If you wish to return or exchange your product, simply contact us by e-mail. We will do our best to answer your questions and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Submittal of ANY order to Firedragon Enterprises assures that the buyer is aware that all of the material is for use by a properly qualified and if required licensed person.
