Advanced RIELLO Gasburner Workshop

A new course (8 hours) that we will present beginning in 2012. The gasburner course covers RIELLO Models G120, G200 and G400 and was designed for apprentices to senior technicians and covers all aspects of burner setup, service and diagnostic troubleshooting using tips, tools and instruments found in our own training manual. 

The course is designed for those already working on Natural and/or Propane gas and those who want to learn. The course is specific to RIELLO gasburners only. The class focuses on setting up gasburners using a manometer for gas pressure and draft and the use of multi-meters and combustion test equipment for troubleshooting. Includes the RIELLO GAS Handbook.

This program is our 'signature' seminar.
Advanced RIELLO Oilburner Workshop

First prepared for the manufacturer in 1980 as a basic course (FIR-14B / 6 hours) it has now evolved into an advanced course (8 hours). Constantly revised to reflect product changes and field conditions, the course takes the attendee through a 'no sales pitch' presentation on RIELLO residential oilburners Models 40 F3, F5 and F10 and Mectron 3M, 5M and 10M.

This course was designed for mid-level to senior technicians and covers all aspects of correct burner setup and diagnostic troubleshooting using tips, tools and instruments found in The RIELLO Handbook. 
NOTE: Emphasis is placed on proper burner setup and troubleshooting flame and combustion related problems and more difficult to diagnose service problems.  

Basic RIELLO Oilburner Workshop

This is revised course for those first being exposed to the RIELLO oilburner line. It is an all day course with an emphasis on basic burner setup and electrical troubleshooting (8 hours). It reflects product changes and field conditions and the course takes the attendee through a, 'no sales pitch' presentation on RIELLO residential oilburners Models 40 F3, F5 and F10 and Mectron 3M, 5M and 10M.

This course was designed for apprentices to senior technicians and covers all aspects of correct basic burner setup, electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic general troubleshooting using tips, tools and instruments found in The RIELLO Handbook.

COMBO RIELLO Gasburner & Oilburner Burner Workshop

A new course (8 hours) that begins Spring of 2012. This class covers the Forty Series burners; Gas Models G120, G200, and G400 and Oil Models F3 through F15 and covers all aspects of burner setup, service and diagnostic troubleshooting using tips, tools and instruments found in the The RIELLO Handbook and the RIELLO GAS Handbook.

This course was designed for apprentices to senior technicians and covers all aspects of correct basic burner setup, electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic general troubleshooting using tips, tools and instruments found in our 'Handbooks'.

Commercial RIELLO Workshop

A new course (8 hours) that we began presenting in 2011. This class covers Gas Models G750 and G900 and Oil Models F15 and F20 and was designed for senior technicians and covers all aspects of burner setup, service and diagnostic troubleshooting using tips, tools and instruments found in the The RIELLO Handbook and RIELLO Gas Handbook.
NOTE: Attendees should be already familiar with the residential burner models.

G5D RIELLO Oilburner Workshop

A new course (4 hours) that we began presenting in 2009 on the Model 40 G5D oilburner and its application onto Thermo Pride oil-fired furnaces. The Two-Stage Oilburner course was designed for apprentices to senior technicians and covers all aspects of burner setup, service and diagnostic troubleshooting using tips, tools and instruments found in The RIELLO Handbook. 
Just totally rewritten and includes NORA CEUs for 2011.
NOTE: Attendees should be already familiar with the Model 40 and/or Mectron oilburner.

RDB RIELLO Oilburner Workshop

A new course (6 hours) that will be presented soon on the Model RDB oilburner and its application onto various OEM applications. The RDB Oilburner course was designed for apprentices to senior technicians and covers all aspects of burner setup, service and diagnostic troubleshooting using tips, tools and instruments found in The RIELLO Handbook.
NOTE: Attendees should be already familiar with the Model 40 and/or Mectron oilburner.
