The
RIELLO Troubleshooters Workshop
FIR-14

This program is our 'signature' seminar.

We first prepared this course for the manufacturer in 1980 as a basic course and it has now evolved into an advanced course. Constantly revised to reflect product changes and field conditions, the course takes the attendee through an all day, 'no sales pitch' presentation on the RIELLO residential oilburner. It is designed for apprentices to senior technicians and covers all aspects of burner setup, service and diagnostic troubleshooting using tips, tools and instruments found in 'The RIELLO Handbook'. This is the only training program given by the author of the course text. Includes the text, #130 Multidriver, adapters and the #111 Deviator switch. Check the course flyer for more information.

ADVANCED RESIDENTIAL OILBURNERS
FIR-29

Features training on the current residential burners from the
industry leaders and tips on setup, tune-up and troubleshooting.

This unique seminar will take you through how to produce the perfect fire and what it takes to keep it going reliably and profitably. Features detailed and concise information on setup and troubleshooting of all of the industry’s major burner lines from Beckett, Carlin and Riello and how to profit from doing oilburner service better than your competitors and with no OEM sales-pitches.

This two-day seminar is an intense study of fuel combustion, oilburner theory, operation and service. Topics include proper flame quality issues and proper draft to achieve trouble-free operation.

The program debunks many 'urban legends' and demystifies the mysteries of troubleshooting 'the perfect flame'. This program is constantly upgraded to reflect emerging technologies and current state-of-the-art problems and solutions and features the latest combustion testing techniques and equipment.

This two-day program affords each attendee with14 NORA CEUs and a wealth of knowledge from the industry’s leading authority on oilburner operation, George Lanthier. George has worked with all three major companies on training and service issues and writes a monthly column for the industry publication Fuel Oil News. This seminar is chock full of information and all required training and service materials are provided that have a retail value of over $150.00.

ADVANCED ELECTRICAL WORKSHOP (A)
FIR-30
The ULTIMATE electrical training program for heating technicians.

The original, and still the best, complete course in electrical wiring, controls and advanced troubleshooting. This one to three day seminar reviews the fundamentals of electricity, wiring and control systems and moves on to the most advanced and complex control systems entering the field for the control of hot water, steam and warm air and it always reflects the latest technologies.

Features trainer/demonstrators specifically built to teach this program and includes hands-on training using student provided multimeters and clamp meters (where facility is available). Subjects covered will include air system electronic controllers, steam controls and the latest hydronic controls from Argo, Honeywell and others. The course looks at diagnostic troubleshooting using proven methods and meters instead of guesswork. Proper troubleshooting of electronic ignitors, PSC and ECM motors is also included. NORA Certified for 24 CEUs. The course is also available in a 8, 16 and 20 hour sessions.
