RIELLO
Gauge Adapter is our brass heavy duty version of RIELLO's Part #C7001071
that allows for testing RIELLO pumps. It allows you to quickly check the
pressure or vacuum of any RIELLO pump and does not require special hoses, seals or
adapters and is furnished with 4 copper gaskets.

#222 - Universal Nozzle Gauge Adapter
is a heavy duty brass fitting that allows you to quickly check the nozzle
pressure of a pump, foreign or domestic, and as a plugged nozzle allows for many

RIELLO
Gauge Adapter is our heavy duty brass
fitting that allows you to quickly check the pressure of any RIELLO
pump. The adapter also allows for the bleeding of the pump. Does not special require hoses, seals or adapters except for
a bleeder hose (12" supplied). Comes with no gauge (adapter only, as
shown. Accepts any
1/4" ips gauge. The bleeder port is 3/8" hex and allows the use of our #520
bleed wrench found here.

Gas Pressure Tap Fitting
The #240 Gas Pressure Tap Fitting is used
to quickly connect a 1/4" manometer hose to gas valve (1/8"-27 npt) -
one pair. The fitting fits onto most gas valves and pressure regulators and
allows you to quickly check and adjust the pressure of the valve or regulator.
Once the correct pressure is set a simple turn of the fitting closes it off,
read Firedragon Field Note #15 here. The #240 also can speed your day along by using it
as a pressure fitting for your draft gauge or manometer. Just drill and tap an
1/8" hole into smokehoods, fire doors or anywhere else, mount the #240
once and just open it when you need to take your readings.

Liquid filled gauges provide the most accurate readings while diagnosing and setting fuel pump pressures. It is required for Buderus and Viessmann and other package burners using the Suntec AJ pumps.
#161 - Pump Pressure Gauge is a 2-1/2" diameter, 0 to 300 psi, 0 to 20 Bar liquid filled gauge that provides accurate pump pressure readings due to the glycerin liquid. Liquid filled gauges provide the most accurate readings while diagnosing and setting fuel pump pressures.

QUIKVENT© is
a must for any type of heating service since in applications that have vibrations or
pulsations (fuel pumps), the liquid filling enables
reading the dial pointer by dampening the movement. Liquid filled gauges with QUIKVENT©
should be considered in any system that has
high dynamic operating conditions (fuel pumps). In
general, liquid filling helps extend the life of a gauge. It reduces damaging
resonance, induced fracturing, reduces frictional wear, prevents aggressive
ambient air from entering, prevents condensation formation, and improves
reliability.

The lazy hand allows you to observe spikes in pump pressures and the gauge not only is essential for trouble shooting problems with domestic water problems, but also allows you to find faulty 'boiler gauges' quickly.
#166 - Low Pressure Water Test Gauge is a 2-1/2" diameter, 0 to 60 psi gauge for trouble shooting problems with hydronic systems and allows you to find faulty 'boiler gauges' quickly.
